I asked a friend in the medical field to recommend a good podiatrist and without hesitation she said Dr. Senatore.
I'm so glad I took her recommendation. I got an appointment within a few days, short wait time once there and friendly staff. He was so personable and knowledgeable, took his time answering my questions and I never felt rushed. Great experience, I highly recommend Dr. Senatore.

Dr Senatore convinced me years ago to cancel a foot surgery I was going to get for plantar Faschietis from another podiatrist because he only operates if absolutely necessary. He wants to heal your issues quick, to get you back on the court or on hiking paths ASAP. He suggested an electronic foot treatment instead, that my insurance also covered. Also, only a week or less time to be non-active instead of many weeks to recuperate from surgery. He also advised me about the best shoes to wear to prevent future foot problems & my pain went away sticking to his suggestions & using his custom made orthotics in exercise shoes or rain boots.
would ease my pain for plantar fashietis & to use custom made foot inserts for certain exercise shoes that would allow no pain to remain active instead of months recuperating for a surgery that would not be necessary. He wants the athletes & active people not able to walk without pain, to get back on the playing field ASAP! I will forever be thankful for a hiking friend advising me to visit “him” first, before scheduling any operations!

Dr. Senatore’s team provided kind, attentive and efficient service. There was hardly any wait time in the waiting area and Dr. Senatore came right in as soon as the nurse finished up with my intake. He answered all my questions thoroughly and explained all the potential options we could take moving forward that best fit my needs and wellness goals. I’m grateful a friend recommended him as a referral because he is worth the drive. Could not be more pleased with his patient care.

My very first podiatry visit was very professional. The office staff was welcoming! As a fairly newly diagnosed diabetic, Dr.Senatore provided me with excellent information, answered all of my questions, and addressed my concerns.

Dr. Senatore saw me (and my broken toe) at Union Podiatry’s Towson Office less than 6 hours after I’d called to get an appointment. I’ve been going to him for close to 35-40 years, since my ultramarathon days. Can’t offhand think of another foot and ankle specialist I would consult.
